This agreement governs all purchases and interactions with Jylight's Studio. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below. AI may have been used to improve grammar and clarity, but all policies represent the official position of Jylightoriganil.
Article 1 — Discord's Guidelines
1.1
You are required to comply with all applicable Discord Terms of Service in every situation and throughout all purchases. Failure to comply may result in suspension of your access to our commission services.
1.2
In the event of attempted fraud, scams, or ToS violations, we reserve the right to mass-report such violations to Discord and take further action against any involved accounts, including reasonably associated accounts.
1.3
We do not encourage use of our services for Discord ToS-violating purposes (e.g. nuke bots, spam bots). Upon order completion, an unlimited license is granted that transfers responsibility to the client. We accept no responsibility for any actions taken against your account as a result of such use.
Article 2 — Financial & Currency
2.1
All price quotes issued by Jylight's Studio are final and treated as Net Totals.
2.2
Our official payment provider is Cash App Pay (powered by Stripe). We accept Euro (€), United States Dollar (USD $), and British Pound Sterling (GBP £).
2.3
Reversing payments via banking institutions is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in an administrative blacklist, public announcements, DMCA action, and/or reports to official authorities.
Article 3 — Property of Service
3.1
All services are provided digitally and remain 100% owned by Jylight's Studio until the order is finalized. Ownership transfers once the client receives their order receipt via Discord DM.
3.2
Jylight's Studio retains the right of Original Authorship. Clients may use, modify, and adapt the product freely, but may not claim original creatorship, resell it as their own work, or misrepresent its authorship.
3.3
Upon successful order completion, an unlimited license is granted alongside your receipt, giving you the right to own, use, and modify the product in accordance with this agreement.
Article 4 — Refund Policy
4.1
Refunds are generally not granted. All purchases are made at the client's own discretion. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction, ignoring product descriptions, change of mind, or errors caused by your payment provider.
4.2
Exceptions are made where fault lies with us — such as a designer scamming you, or technical errors in our payment or marketplace systems that directly affect your order.
4.3
Funds, loans, or financial assistance are not provided under any circumstances. Requests claiming to be "short on funds" will result in immediate order closure.
Article 5 — Client Expectations
5.1
Every client must be in a financial position to pay, be able to communicate in English, and provide sufficient details and references for an efficient design process.
5.2
Disrespectful behavior is not tolerated. Severe unprofessionalism or degrading treatment of our designers will result in immediate order closure (regardless of payment status) and a permanent blacklist.
5.3
If orders for specific items are closed, do not open orders requesting that item. Repeated violations may result in an order blacklist.
Article 6 — Boost-Ordering
6.1
Jylight's Studio is not responsible for Boosts that cannot be delivered due to technical issues, payment failures, or errors caused by your banking institution or payment provider.
6.2
All Discord Server Boost orders offered through Jylight's Studio are fulfilled by an independent third-party service provider in order to ensure efficient order processing, cross-platform accessibility, automated delivery systems, and a streamlined customer experience. Our designated fulfillment provider for these services is PrismBoosts, whose infrastructure and systems are utilized exclusively for the purpose of processing and delivering the purchased digital products through a dropshipping fulfillment model. Jylight's Studio is not affiliated with, partnered with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with PrismBoosts in any way. PrismBoosts operates as a completely separate entity, and all trademarks, branding, technologies, intellectual property, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. References to PrismBoosts within this agreement are made solely for the purpose of transparency regarding our fulfillment process. By purchasing a Discord Server Boost product from Jylight's Studio, you acknowledge and accept that the fulfillment of your order is delegated to this independent third-party provider. While Jylight's Studio remains your contractual point of contact for the purchase itself, the technical delivery of the product is performed through PrismBoosts' infrastructure. Accordingly, Jylight's Studio cannot be held responsible for outages, service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance periods, or other operational issues originating from the third-party provider's systems that are outside of our reasonable control.
6.3
We may, at times, interpret certain boost delivery methods as being compatible with the Discord Terms of Service. However, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of this interpretation and accept no responsibility for any actions taken by Discord.
Article 7 — Governing Laws
7.1
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with particular application of the laws of the State of Hesse (Hessen), where Jylight's Studio is established and operates. Any rights, obligations, interpretations, or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the applicable laws of this jurisdiction. Throughout this Agreement, the terms "Jylight's Studio," "we," "us," and "our" shall collectively refer to the service provider and its authorized representatives.
